Returns + Exchanges

Returns

You are welcome to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note the customer is responsible for shipping costs regarding a return. You will be refunded the cost of the item only. Example: If your order is €78 (leggings €70 + shipping €9) you will be refunded €70. Please email hello@organicmovement.ie for the return address (it can be to either our Irish or Portuguese address depending on where you are sending it from).

You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to reach your bank account.

Exchanges

If an item is unsuitable for you and you wish to exchange it for a different size, colour, item that is no problem. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note the customer is responsible for shipping costs regarding an exchange both when returning the unwanted item and for the new item. You will receive a payment link to pay for the shipping of the new item. Please email hello@organicmovement.ie for the return address.

Faulty items

If the item is faulty or the incorrect order has been shipped out to you, please contact Organic Movement as soon as possible - within 14 days - and we will rectify the issue straight away.

No exchange on..

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO REFUND or EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS.
